FLOORBOARDS
- The simplest ood cheapest is to have no floorboards except In the bow because of the deep V - bottom.
- The next option b to have footboards between the bottom battens.
- The most expensive solution b to have footboards level with the top of the bottom frames, creating a flush floor.
- Because of the strong tat there is no need for a thwart for structural reason. However for safety reasons a thwart is strongfy recommended to permit using oars and on emergency sail, 2
